This Privacy Statement applies to the Ampslide website, mobile app, and services, and governs its data collection and usage. Collection of Personal Information
As a Presenter, you are required to sign up for an Ampslide Account. Upon signing up for an account, Ampslide collects the following; name, email address, telephone number, credit card.
Ampslide also collects information from your use of our services. We collect information about the services that you use and how you use them, like when you share a slide or view and interact with the slides and content presented to you. This information includes: name of the social network you use to share slides; username, social network handle, number of followers in your network; email address; and other information that is made available through your social network provider’s API or provided by you when you share via email.
Ampslide and its partners use various technologies to collect and store information when you visit the Website. This may include using cookies or similar technologies to identify your browser or device. We also use these technologies to collect and store information when you interact with services we offer to our partners, such as integrations with customer relationship management or marketing automation software services. Our Ampslide Analytics product helps presenters and businesses analyze the traffic to their websites and apps based on User interactions with Ampslide.
Ampslide may also automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by Ampslide for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Ampslide website.
Ampslide is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Ampslide family of websites.
Use of Personal Information
Ampslide collects and uses your personal information to operate the Ampslide website and mobile app to deliver the services you have requested. Ampslide may also use personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Ampslide and its affiliates. Ampslide may also collect information from audience users who share links of presentations via social media platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Information that may be collected includes, but is not limited to: email, handle, name, number of friends/followers, etc. This information is collected to provide backend analytics to presenters.
Ampslide may utilize your collected personal information in one of the following ways:
To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
To process transactions - Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
To send periodic emails - The email address you provide for order processing will be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. As part of Ampslide services, when presentations are shared via Ampslide, Presenters may have access to Audience User email addresses. This is in an effort to connect Presenters and Audience Users based on their shared interests in the content of the presentation.
Information you share
Remember that when you share information publicly, it may be indexable by search engines. Information you share on public social media websites: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. are public and could be captured by Ampslide or other third parties. Information that you share via email is private.
Disclosure to Third Parties
Ampslide may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Information you provide in your public business profile will be shown to the users as a part of your public business profile.
Ampslide may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party.
Ampslide may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email, or provide customer support. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Ampslide, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Ampslide keeps track of the websites and pages our customers visit within Ampslide, in order to maintain recently used pages or reports and to offer such services to Ampslide users.
Ampslide will never disclose any personal data without explicit permission from the customer, except, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Ampslide or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Ampslide; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Ampslide or the public.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because Ampslide values your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. Ampslide will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent, except as provided expressly herein.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act); we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
Ampslide has adopted the following general policy toward copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
It is Ampslide’s policy to (1) block access to or remove any content (including, without limitation, text, graphics, and photos) that it believes in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members or users; and (2) remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders.
If you believe that content available by means of the Website or mobile app (as defined in our Terms of Service) infringes one or more of your copyrights, please notify us by providing a written notice (“Infringement Notice”) containing the information described below to the designated agent listed below. If Ampslide takes action in response to an Infringement Notice, it will make a good faith attempt to contact the party that made such content available by means of the most recent email address, if any, provided by such party to Ampslide.
Your Infringement Notice may be forwarded to the party that made the content available or to third parties.
Please be advised that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights. Thus, if you are not sure content located on or linked-to by the Website infringes your copyright, you should consider first contacting an attorney. Please follow these steps to file a notice: Verify that the webpage in question is hosted by Ampslide. We only host pages that have "Ampslide.com” in their URL. Contact the listing party directly. Go to the listing post in question and send an email with your complaint to see if the matter can be resolved directly between you and the listing party. If the issue cannot be resolved directly with the listing party, send your complaint to support@Ampslide.com.
You must include the following:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
An identification of the copyright claimed to have been infringed;
A description of the nature and exact location of the content that you claim to infringe your copyright, in sufficient detail to permit Ampslide to find and positively identify that content; for example we require a link to the specific blog post (not just the name of the blog) that contains the content and a description of which specific portion of the blog post – an image, a link, the text, etc – your complaint refers to;
